Due to the set up of my system, Acu-Temp had to come out twice to perform the full service. Both techs were excellent and willing to answer questions. Getting scheduled was a breeze and the price is very reasonable. Happy to have found a reliable AC company I will seek out going forward!

I made a last-minute call because company was coming from out of state and the unit was not cooling at all. Matthew was out before the end of the day and within 20 minutes the temperature was coming down in the house. Thank you Matthew and Acu-temp for excellent timing and service. AccuTemp has literally restored my faith in business, people and overall humanity!! We had an issue and contacted Tracy with AccuTemp. She quickly looked into the issue and informed us the part was still covered under warranty. She promptly ordered the part and when it arrived called us back to schedule the repair. They sent their technician, Matt, out who did a fantastic job making the necessary repairs in a timely manner displaying the utmost level of professionalism while openly communicating while the job was being done.
