“I needed screens on most windows and on a sliding patio door in an apartment I just rented and Complete was recommended by a neighbor. They were super prompt and polite and the screens are excellent quality. I had an estimate the same day and the screens arrived and were installed within 10 days! I'm only 80% happy for two reasons: 1. The sliding patio screen door cost almost $600 and the lock for it is a cheap-looking plastic piece that is difficult to use. 2. The installer noticed that a pane in my old fashioned bathroom window was not properly attached and told me the window could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I later found out that is not true! It can be fixed, just not by them. The installer similarly suggested that my windows and patio door were old and should be replaced. It felt like a hard sell. I didn't appreciate it. Overall, I would go back to them as 80% satisfied is pretty good for home improvement work!“
