As a single mother of 3, money is tight and when my air condition stopped working at 11pm on a Thursday, I was overwhelmed with stress. I got several estimates for a new home air conditioning unit and they were all completely over my budget and time frame. I was told I wouldn't have air conditioning for 10 days. Nigel came by and quoted me a fair price within my budget and promised that we would have air in a few days. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After inspection of the internal wiring he discovered a problem with the previous breaker wiring. He went above and beyond to repair the breaker spending an extra 5 hours and completing the job shortly after midnight.
