Today was my HVAC maintenance appointment everything when well with the inside unit. The technician Mr. Alberto Garcia was very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns in regards the units getting “clot” in the past. When he when outside to check the unit he notices a deficiency on the unit as “Condenser Coil” clod he shows me the debris and explain to me the future consequences it might cause to the unit if that wasn’t taking care. Thanks to Mr. A. Garcia honesty and integrity. I decided to proceed with the proper procedure.
