I received a referral from a trusted colleague, to have this company assist my mother the day of and during my father's funeral on 9/23. I called on 9/4 and they called my back on 9/10. They assured me, someone would come evaluated my mother and support and transport her on 9/23. However, on 9/15, I left a message bc no one did the evaluation. They returned the call and stated they had no personnel to attend the funeral. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and DO NOT follow through. We family caretakers have sooooo much on our plates and are willing to pay for help, but the Professionals need to be Professional, in ALL aspects. They left me stuck less than a week before my father's funeral. I have enough I my plate, juggling all the aspects of a funeral, I would have liked to know my mother would be safe and supported for one day, with potential to hire them for more. NOT THIS Company! If they aren't Professional and get back to you in a timely manner, why use them?

When my wife Mary Pat was terminally ill, I retained L-N-S to help with her care. I was very pleased with the performance of the company. The caregivers were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. it was a very difficult time that was made more bearable by L-N-S. Based on our experience I would highly recommend L-N-S.

I have been using the services of LNS to supplement services his memory care facility cannot supply. Lori and her staff have provided professional and compassionate assistance to him as well as support and suggestions to me to improve his situation. I highly recommend LNS to care for your family member. They have made the challenging experience of caring for a loved one so much less stressful

Lori and her staff have been amazing help for me. They took on a unique case and have kept me sane and feeling well taken care of. Lori calls to check on me and give me advice daily, Tara and Ebony have been beyond great at helping me and pushing me when I need it. Highly recommend Lori and her team at LNS.

This agency is A TRUE BLESSING. Lori and her staff were a God-send for my dad, me (from out-of-town), and for the rest of my out-of-town family who could not be there in my parents' greatest time of need. They absolutely went above and beyond in their care for my dying mother who was on hospice and for my surviving 89-year-old father while he was losing his wife of 66 years - and for me, too, because while I was the only family member there for my mother and father, I was totally lost - not knowing what to expect or how to help. Lori and her staff gently and compassionately walked me through on how to help and what to expect. Lori is clearly a hands-on owner of the agency. She personally came to the home when needed - and she and her staff took charge - communicated with each other - and exhibited complete respect, kindness, comfort, and professionalism when my father (and me) were at a loss to know what to do. They coordinated with Hospice care and got things done efficiently. I am so grateful to Lori and her staff. My Dad RAVED, especially, about Ebony's care - and I was so grateful that he found a group that would follow up with him later. This group has the BIGGEST HEART. I know they even offered up private prayers for us. I cannot say enough. We intend to shout it from the roof-tops! It's been nearly a month since my mom passed and I am still feeling the love and kindness from Lori and her staff. Thank you, Ladies, at L-N-S In Home CARE (Emphasis on CARE)! You will continue to be in MY thoughts and prayers - because I know that every day you are doing "simple" but difficult and heroic deeds that will otherwise go unnoticed and unsung. Worst agency ever!! So unprofessional all of her staff and Lori talk down to her clients, leave them stranded with no caregiver, worst agency in this area! Run do not walk away from them. Use another agency they left my friend just after her surgery stranded with no help at all.
