I brought my unit from them back in 2015. They have done a good job whether it's maintenance or repairs. They explained what needs to be done in easy terms that anyone can understand. I will use them as long as I own this house.
On February 7th around mid afternoon a technician named Brian arrived at my home to fix my AC and heat problem. He was very kind and courtesy. Brian wanted to make me as a customer happy, I give him a five star review.
This young man has made it my process, gentle he is compassionate. He is wonderful to work with. He has a good sense of humor, very professional, but he still has room for the compassion in his heart for his customers and his clients. And from what I can hear and see, he has the same report with his circuit riders, they all seem to trust him and value him immensely that without him that would be major problems in the workplace who are from CHARLES PANACKIAAnd Bentz Air-conditioning Inc
