“I'm in Colorado and was looking for a company to change the water tank for my mom in Florida who is a senior citizen. Her tank was ancient and leaking. I checked reviews and called around. I spoke to Eric who was extremely helpful and kind. He got a permit and waited for it to come in before installation. He arrived on time and left almost 3 hours later. They removed the old one and explained everything to my mom and myself (over the phone). My mom was so happy. She said they were very friendly to her. “Our hot water stopped working late in the afternoon. I went on Yelp and requested an estimate, Ocean Blue Rooter responded within five minutes. I spoke with Oscar and had an appointment set up for the next morning within 10 minutes of me discovering the problem. Milton call before arriving was actually early, so that was great. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was able to go out get a new water heater and install it in no time. Very courteous, professional and timely. “Tankless water heater failed. Called Anytime Plumbing and spoke with office and Bart called me right back. Got a quote emailed to me almost immediately thereafter. Anytime over was $1000 cheaper than one on TECO website $2000 cheaper than another company well known to this area that shall remain nameless (but if you were in the Navy, you would know who this was.)I have been in Gardens for 25 years and used many plumbers and gas companies but theexperience start to finish was top notch.8 am next day called on the way and within 2 hours job was done and even did a couple of small issues I needed done too!Top notch!“
