“Failed circuit breaker on water heater.

DAY 1: Late evening we heard a loud noise but could not determine what It was. DAY 2: Uneventful DAY 3: My husband couldn't complete his shower because the water turned cold at the end of shampooing his hair.

DAY 4: In the morning of the next day we called The Plumbing Company and spoke to Natalie, who told us she would have someone call us as soon as possible. A technician called and said he would be here between 9 and 10 am. He arrived at 9:15 and diagnosed the problem, but found that parts needed to be ordered, and he anticipated he would not be able to return until 4 pm. However, he returned around 4:15 and worked for at least 45 to 90 min. When he was finished, he told us to wait at least 45 min before expecting the water to be warm, and he swept the floor and cleaned up any excess he had left behind. He was very pleasant. His work was neat and quick, and everything proceeded well.
Natalie, whom we spoke to earlier, was also very pleasant and helpful and did her best to solve our problem quickly.

We will continue to use The Plumbing Company because of their excellent staff and service.“
