Richard was amazing. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Was able to overcome a difficulty and get toilet installed in 1 day. Explained everything! Kudos! ... 3/4/2024. Tavarus was excellent. Got the problem fixed quickly. Admiral is a reliable company. A bit expensive.

Another Five Star review! This time for technician Jonathan Ulloa who replaced our lowboy HWH a couple days ago. His professionalism and communication in what the replacement involved was top notch! Our outgoing OLD HWH was out of code and Jonathan clearly explained what needed to be done. The quote for the job was reasonable so we went ahead! Jonathan’s workmanship was perfect replacing old copper piping and bringing electrical up to code. Once completed I was very pleased with the work and how much hotter our water got compared to our old clunker. Thanks again for a job well done!

Had no hot water this morning. Called Admiral plumbing and they were able to get someone to me by end of day. Casey Garrison was the technician. He was efficient and great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Problem fixed. Great customer service both at the office and from Casey. I’m a repeat customer and can recommend them. Well done.
