Love this place! I was looking for post-op lymphatic drain massages after my surgery and my husband came across this place! We chose this one because of the great reviews and the convenience of how close it was to our home. Sure enough, it was everything I expected and more! Lydia is the sweetest and most caring human ever! She took such great care of me, walked me through everything, made me feel so comfortable and even when I didn’t feel my best she found a way to uplift me and reassure me I was going to be ok and this was part of the healing process. The best in the business! After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serenity Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven’t touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month since I started on February 26, 2026. They are truly the best - not just locally but in all Florida.
I love coming to se Lydia. She does a great job of helping te release the extra water and bloat. She always tairlores it to what I need and I feel great after. Would highly recommend.
