“I was in another state when we had some flood damage to the lower level floors and walls due to the hurricanes. I contacted 4 companies and TSC was the only company that contacted me back, went to my home and provided an estimate. Their estimate came in under what the insurance estimate was. We then made the decision to have more work done that included replacement of all floors, doors, windows on both the upper and lower level, as well as painting all walls and ceilings inside and painting the outside of the house. TSC provided quotes for each project and on each project, all came in at the budgeted, estimated price that was quoted. Larry was the project lead, did a great job and helped us along the way making some decisions on some of the decisions we made and if they were the best way to go. Steve came to the site often to assure we were satisfied and he also helped us out when we found a roof leak, so our new paint jobs would not be compromised. All said, we had a great experience with TSC and would use them again if the need arose.Services: Install flooring“

“Replaced our single roof which was only 8 years old, which was sold to us by another local roofer, who said it had a 30 year guarantee, but failed to say that it only covered the shingles. In 8 years when the shingles failed, the shingle company replaced them and paid the roofer $150.00, for coming over and "inspecting" our roof and telling us what we already knew! We called Double C, they came right out, gave us a great estimate on a metal roof, compared to other roofers. The crew came out, did the job in two days, replaced the roof on our house, our mother in law cottage, and replaced some rotted wood from our courtyard, covered entryway and repaired and replaced the garage roof as well. All for a terrific price. The roofs haven't given us any trouble at all. This was in Oct. 2019. At any rate, we would use them again, and highly recommend them to you.“

“Twenty years back Leonard Clark replaced my roof. This time I got three estimates, one of those from Leonard Clark. Leonard was the lowest estimate. It took two days to complete job. Not only does the roof look great they also installed a ridge line attic vent at no charge to me. The crews work area was cleaned. All in All a great job and a fair price. “Called John after reading reviews on Angie's list (now Angi). He was scheduled out for some time but we kept in touch and he eventually came out to do our repair (non-emergency). The "soft spot" he started to repair actually turned out to affect both an upper and lower Fascia as well. The previous roofer who put a new roof on 2007 was S***Z (local company)who did such a poor job flashing the valley it leaked. (we've actually had a few repairs on this roof because they are incompetent).John however, IS competent (fully licensed). Fixed the issue(s) and went above and beyond to make sure the remainder of the roof was in good condition. Patched some nail holes we had form having the roof dried in at one point and replaced a bad shingle he saw as well. You may wait for him but the wait is worth it!Service: Roof repair“

“I made an appointment on Tuesday for an inspection of my roof to see what was needed to fix the small leak. When they arrived, they found the problem and let me know what the parameters were for fixing the roof. They quoted what was a very reasonable price (I had previously had a small leak in another area that charged twice as much as Ruben quoted). Because it was late, they couldn't fix it then, but said they would be back on Saturday to fix it. I agreed. On Wednesday, they tried to come back, but it was raining. They tried again on Thursday with the same problem (it's Florida, and it rains most afternoons in June). When I called on Friday to find out an approximate time of the service on Saturday, I was told they were on the way. When they arrived, it was just starting to rain, but true to Florida weather it quit within 10 minutes. They fixed the roof for the quoted price. I was very pleased with Ruben and Reece(?), who worked quickly and diligently to solve my problem so that I would be okay through the upcoming rainy and/or stormy season.“
