“I bought a property that has recently had its roof done, and which came with a 10 yr warranty. A few months later, I had a tiny leak around the skylight. It was a very small leak, but over time damaged the skylight well and the paint at the corner peeled up. I called Keeping You Dry because their license holder on the permit gave me the number. It took a week, and they sent a crew over to look at the problem.<br>They looked and looked, and discovered one small rusted nail under the skylight flashing. They painstakingly removed the skylight and redid all the shingles around and under it, then put it all back. The attention to detail and effort these guys put in was more than I expected.<br>I will definitely call these guys for a roof! It's one thing to do a good job, but followup repair work is where most tradesmen fall down, this was exceptional in every way! Thank you so much!”

“Called John after reading reviews on Angie's list (now Angi). He was scheduled out for some time but we kept in touch and he eventually came out to do our repair (non-emergency). The "soft spot" he started to repair actually turned out to affect both an upper and lower Fascia as well. The previous roofer who put a new roof on 2007 was S***Z (local company)who did such a poor job flashing the valley it leaked. (we've actually had a few repairs on this roof because they are incompetent).John however, IS competent (fully licensed). Fixed the issue(s) and went above and beyond to make sure the remainder of the roof was in good condition. Patched some nail holes we had form having the roof dried in at one point and replaced a bad shingle he saw as well. You may wait for him but the wait is worth it!Service: Roof repair”
