Due to previous management and/or sales team my mom needed assistance on a discrepancy in her claim, I was able to get in contact with the General Manager Chris D. (For lake county) who promptly and professionally Took the time to investigate what happened and within a couple hours was able to get the issue resolved for my mom. He was kind and patient. Overall, definitely satisfied to work with him and glad to see someone of quality in a management position!

Great experience with this roofing company. Came out, gave me a quote, and I gave them my insurance info, and they did the rest. No debris left around the house. There are no nails in the driveway. Looks great. Highly recommend giving them a call for your roofing needs.

We had to go through a lot to get a roof and PRS roofing was with us all the way. Wyatt was our go to person and he was always ready to help us when we needed him. They put our roof on in one day and we love our new roof!! Thank you PRS roofing for being here for us! Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
