Vann Carpet One stands behind their work and warranty. A few years later we needed something done and Mark had us taken care of. Izac came out and fixed the issue with our floor. We love our floor and it's very nice to have Vann Carpet One as our installer, because they do exactly what they say, even years after the work is completed. You can rest assured with this company and you can depend on them.

Purchased luxury vinyl flooring. James was a huge help explaining everything about the flooring to myself and my daughter I had many many questions he answered them all!! We picked out the flooring and it was installed by Mike and his wife Patrice they were very friendly and knowledgeable!!! They did a tremendous job!!! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever The flooring looks beautiful!! Mike and Patrice worked very hard!!
