From the moment you walk into one of these on the lot , you immediately feel the difference. This home is so sturdy you forget that you are in a mobile home. I have visited other lots, and it always feels wobbly, but this one is solid. This homes are solidly built and with such a spirit of excellence. They are also thoughtfully designed with unexpected extra touches and quality appliances. My husband said he would never live in a mobile home until he saw these. Great experience with this company. They took care of my families needs in a timely and concise manner. Always polite and professional. Excellent tradesman and knew their craft well. Wolly and Josh where especially nice to work with. Made me feel like our home and needs where important and fixed them expeditiously. Would work with townhomes and Wolly and Josh happily in the future.

Excellent experience. The sales team is patient and no hard sales pitch. They sell a quality home with many upgrades standard. They can order a custom home or have some on the lot ready to be delivered.
