My personal experience with Sparks construction was wonderful. Josh and Heidi personally are great people and are extremely Flexible and work really well with getting insurance and permits approved.
I had my house completely wrecked by two trees falling on both ends of my home from hurricane Helene and had the worst luck finding someone to help me. I was worried due to the fact that a lot of people at this time were trying to take advantage of the situation but Josh and Heidi were legitimate and professional.

Josh and his team exceeded our wildest expectations in building our river house. All the final touches and finishes were breathtaking and our home looks like a million dollar home. We couldn’t be more pleased with their prompt and personal attention. Communication was clear at the beginning and throughout the build. Josh anticipated our needs and dream for this home - the allowances covered the high end materials, features, and appliances we wanted and the end result far exceeded our expectations. Exceptional value and we are so proud of our new home.

Sparks Construction has great communication. Built our home within the timeframe. We had a 3rd party inspector (Greenwood Building Inspection & Consulting) come several times during the process; All concerns were addressed in a positive and timely manner. We recommend and will use Sparks Construction again.
