Ozzie's Towing

Satisfied customer! I went from waiting two hours for A-1 Roadside Repairs to lie to me about an ETA and never showed up (they were "on there way" for a hour and a half and when I called back they began screening my number and quit answering my phone calls altogether) to Ozzie's Towing being there in less than 20 minutes and even arranged a tire shop to service my car! When your stranded and desperate being ignored with no information is the last thing you want. Ozzie's called me back just to keep me updated and were transparent with the cost of the tow (very reasonable btw) and made a stressful situation: easy! Thanks gentlemen!

Our car broke down today on the side of I 10 and AAA dragged their feet for hours. We called Larry and he showed up in less than 45 minutes and got us safely to an auto repair shop. Very nice owner and very professional. Hope to never have to use a tow service again, but if we do, we won’t hesitate to call Larry!

My car broke down on the side of the highway and I waited over 3 hours for AAA to tow my car. When they couldn't find anyone to come help, I called Larry and he was there within 30 minutes to come and help. He took me to an auto shop and even called the auto shop later on to make sure we were okay and to see what the problem was. His kindness and willingness to help is the reason I would recommend his services to anyone!
