Mr John provides excellent computer care in Lake City Florida. I cracked my laptop screen and he gave an excellent phone consultation on the issue and encouraged me to stop by so he could to check it out personally. He spent an additional 45 minutes of his time to find the best solution for my particular issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and tries to find the best cost solution for his customer even if it means replacing the unit instead of having him repair it. If you’re looking for someone who’s gonna look out for you, then I highly recommend this Lake City computer repair business. He has a very high level of integrity and skill and his prices likely won’t be beat. This review is long overdue. He helped me back in early May and it’s currently July, 2026. The service was so great that I couldn’t let more time pass without sharing the excellent experience. Thank you sir.

I went to onyx to buy a new power supply for my pc. The owner is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, not only did he help me find a power supply within my budget but he also gave me some good advice to help with my pc issues. This was my first time here as I usually either go to star tech or best buy in Gainesville, but this will definitely be my new go to place! Definitely recommend.

I called to see about pricing to get my laptop screen replaced and he was upfront and honest and told me it wouldn't be worth the cost of having the screen replaced since it wasn't an expensive laptop. The honesty he had is something you don't encounter much these days. I will definitely be saving his number in my contacts for future needs!!!
