ALL THE STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE SO VERY CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND MAKE THE CHILDREN THEIR 1ST PRIORITY. THEY ALSO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO ANSWERS ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS.
I took my son for his first appointment to establish care on 05/18. We recently moved to Florida and he needed a new PCP. Overall, the experience was well. My son doesn’t really care for doctors, so coupled by that and no nap, he was a little out of sorts. The staff was patient and offered him a lollipop for cooperation.
When the doctor came in to do the visit, he was very polite and listened to my concerns.
My only complaint was at check in and check out the staff was behind a glass window and wouldn’t open it to speak with me. The tv was louder than the people behind the window, plus I was trying to supervise my son, so I had a hard time listening... read full review
I've been bringing my now 16 and 14 year old here since we moved to Florida from up north about 9 years ago. My 8 year old twins have been coming here since birth. The doctors and staff here are always pleasant and very professional. Dr. Ronald is great. The office is always clean and the wait time isn't too bad. I've never had a problem with any appointment for any of my children.
