They came highly recommended and we are not disappointed. The facility is clean and inviting. The entire staff is amazing; they are attentive and fully answer all of our questions. The service fees and medication costs are appropriate for the times. They always make time for us when an emergent need is raised. Our dog is apprehensive around strangers but she loves going for appointments there. She's the first one in our when we tell her we're going and the first out of our car and to their front door when we get there.

I'm new to the area, and needed a vet for my senior diabetic kitty. She's been looking rather blah and I can tell she's not feeling good despite her insulin. I was pleased with how friendly everyone was here, as well as the care plan recommended by the Dr. to get her feeling better.

Totally impressed!!!!! I don't know where to start! First time visit! After taking my previous cat to different veterinarians in many location, since I use to travel, I've seen, heard and smelled a lot. This place far exceeded all of them by far. Let's just say very friendly staff doesn't describe the staff here!! They are excellent and treat you like family. I called them and explained I needed to make an appt that I had adopted a new lil kitty. I got right in on the next business day. The inside of the veterinarians office smelled great. Didn't smell like any pet odor. Waited only a few minutes went right in to see Dr Rachel. The team and Dr. Rachel were super sweet, informative and loving with my little baby kitty. Their fees were inexpensive and didn't seem to want to nickel and dime you to up the cost. Hats off to them and keep up the great work!! If you read this..... just stop looking where to take your pet, I'm telling you, you will be happy you did and so will your pet. Lil Bubby said kitty approved!!!

My chihuahua has stomach cancer. Other vets put her on steroids but only lake city animal hospital gave her meds for symptoms. She gets sick every day. No one else addressed it but lake city animal hospital. They put her on acid reflux meds and now she stopped getting sick. I’m glad I came here! She’s comfortable now.

One of my dogs required surgery after being mauled by the neighbors dogs. She was in real bad shape, and I thought she would need to be put down. Dr. Pratt was able to patch her up and with excellent after operation care by the entire staff. I am happy to report that my dog is (almost) back to her normal self.

Been using for years and appreciate the sweet front staff, the always clean atmosphere. The vets are professional, yet easy going and understanding. They will be my vets from birth of pets to rainbow bridge. At such a painful time, they make it easy and smooth.

They are amazing @lakecityanimalhospital! We board our girls there often and use them for their healthcare. We moved to Tallahassee, FL, and still use them. You will not be disappointed. Our girls love them. They treat them like family.
