H2 Health- Lake City, FL

This was my first ever physical therapy experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone I worked with is insightful and knowledgeable. The exercises they had me doing worked to solve my pain. I worked with Hunter, Gannon, and Andrea mostly, but everyone in the entire office is very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Hunter and Andrea have been the two therapist. I've seen. Both very professional and have helped me. I totally recommend H2 health.

The staff at H2 Health in Lake City were very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated how the therapists never rushed me or pushed me past my limits; they gave me complete space to listen to my body. Also, the atmosphere and overall experience was infused with quality professionalism and a refreshing dose of lightheartedness. I noticed a very present sense of authenticity rather than strict performance from all the staff. I would recommend this establishment.

I have had four therapy treatments with H2. I will say, I believe it has helped me some and compared
with previous therapy I have had H2 has been a A+

This is the second time I have been to H2 Health Physical Therapy. I’ve had different issues with both of my knees. The therapy has prevented me from having surgery which was suggested by an orthopedic.
Everyone I dealt with is very professional, kind and understanding. They are very good at working with my erratic schedule and that is very appreciated. As I’m getting older I will continue to start with PT, at H2 Health, before giving surgery any consideration. I highly recommend them.
