Just made an appointment Thursday to see my doctor that I've been seeing for 15 years now probably longer ! The switchboard operators or whoever is answering the phones Really Need to be getting Surveys ! So yall can weed out the Rude ones ! It seems like Everytime i call to make my appointments I have to ask to speak to someone else because the first was so Rude or Lazy ! Im not sure what all the negative co.ments are about and I do understand as a business owner myself, you can't make everyone happy but it is very hard for me to believe this place has any bad reviews. I am someone who avoids doctor visits at all cost if possible. Probably for the same reasons alot of us do, but my experience at Watson Clinic Ugent Care Highland exceeded my expectations. From the time I was being checked in, the front desk help were so nice and made sure I was taken care of. The nurses, Doctor, X ray tech were all amazing.
