Had to repipe the house dependable plumbing showed up on time completed the job they went above board correcting some issues in the house. The crew that showed up ,they were very professional and extremely nice ,what I appreciate the most is how the office does their best to work you in and the crew shows up on time it was a three-day job to get the house repiped

Called dependable pluming in lake city at 9 am lady on the phone extremely nice appointment before 4 pm they got here at 2:30 pm and got the job done in less than 30 minutes
Mr Jeff is a gentleman who knows his stuff , business done as it should.

Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Called these folks Monday got appointment for next day. The tech was punctual and polite. Due to the horible weather conditions it was not safe to get on a metal roof to clear. So we tried from the kitchen sink. He took great care in protecting my cabinet and floor from getting messy. It seemed to have cleared but by end of day it was clogged again. I called Wednesday and they had someone right back out Friday at my convience. Again the tech was prompt and courteous and the weather was good for roof access. He had the drain cleared in no time. The original bill was what I expected and the return visit was no charge.... read full review
