They seemed reasonable competent.... except for the brunette young woman that checked us in & out. She has all the professional courtesy and manners of a blind & deaf goat. Couple her attitude with finding out later that I was paying 3 times what I later found other veterinarians charged is the reason for only 2 stars

The only thing they care about is over-charging and taking your money. They don’t care about long waits in their lobby, and the veterinarian doesn’t even care about greeting people coming in to spend their hard earned money on their over-priced products! Don’t recommend and won’t be spending another cent of my money with these non-“karens”

Caring Hands is fantastic. Dr. Jessie always goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about our pets. The staff is friendly, thorough, and easy to work with. We’re grateful to have them in Lake City and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We brought our dog to Dr Jesse and Jaden was our vet tech,They were both very compassionate and helpful with his situation I would highly recommend them

Caring Hands was recommended by my primary vet when they were booked out 2 days. They got me in the same day and took such great care of my Shih Tzu puppy. They gave him a fully packaged treatment plan that gave me so much reassurance that my pup would be alright. This morning they also called to follow up on how he was doing which I greatly appreciated. The staff was nothing but kind and extremely helpful with my many questions. Thank you for being there when I needed you, Caring Hands!!

Good service but very expensive.

This will just be deleted by the company but I would give less stars if I could. Take your pets literally anywhere else. It will be much, much cheaper, more hygienic (there are random cats running around, cat puke in the waiting area, the place smells like animal pee, there is fur along the baseboards so they CLEARLY dont care about hygeine as they claim) and better care for your animals.

I wanted to thank this practice and all of their staff for helping our cat Milo. I made an emergency call suspecting my cat had a blockage and they had me immediately bring him in and had a room waiting for us when we arrived. They worked very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way with Milo’s blockage. His case was not easy and I made the decision to transfer him to another hospital in Gainesville for a surgery. Everyone was very understanding and even gave me suggestions and information packets on hospitals where I had the options of going. They’ve continued to check in with me on how Milo is doing even after he left their care. Milo is home and doing amazing and I don’t think that would have been possible without Caring Hands.

Our dog was attacked.. and took him here. The vet yesterday told us our dogs neck was broke, only option was emergency surgery or euthanize. We refused care for a second opinion, and picked him up with pain medication that they prescribed. Got a text the next morning from the vet saying they prescribed a medication that was too strong for his weight, and that his neck is dislocated and not broke. No antibiotics or fluids were administered, when there was visible infection present from a bite wound. We called 3 times yesterday to check on him and they gave us the run around and said he was doing fine. They told us it would take about and hour. Called right at closing time, 7 hours after we left him at the office and the vet recommended taking him to UF for a “broke neck that is going to be extremely pricey” Just avoid this place. All they’re worried about is money.
