Don’t bother going to them for urgent care after 6 pm. Likely they’ll find any treason they can to not see you.

every employee was super rude. I take pride in to being nice to everyone. if you dont like people and cant treat people nicely then find a new job...female employees were talking to women in lobby being mean and hateful laughing at the way people dressed and looked. bragging that they purposely made her wait for extended amounts of time hoping she would go somewhere else. its the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen and seems everyone up there is like minded

Was assigned here by my workers comp. It took them a month to get me into an MRI, now they keep telling me to return another day. I am going to try to get my thing re assigned because of the amount of incompetence.

I called before I went, to make sure. They could refer me to Orthopedic Institute, for a potentially broken elbow. I was clearly told, they could refer me. After sitting in there for over an hour. The xray technician called me back, she wasn't friendly at all. Right off the get go. After explaining what was wrong, and that I needed a referral to The Orthopedic Institute. She became extremely rude, and stated she doesn't do referrals. I told her that's not what I was told, before coming in. The only thing nice about that place, are the two ladies that are at the reception desk. I won't go there for anything, ever again! For the record, this is the 3rd bad experience. The staff that I have encountered act as if you're a burden. Don't waste your valuable time and money with this poor excuse for medical care

I take My 1st DOT Physical on a Saturday Morning as a walk in and the Staff was Hands Down the Best I've worked with in Years. From Mrs. Tamika at the reception Desk to Mrs. Laura Caley, RN. Also Alexis was very helpful. They were very Kind, Considerate of My personal feelings ,Hospitable and skilled as Medical professionals. I am so impressed with their services that I am going to recommend them to all of My fellow Truck Driver's for their future DOT physicals!

We arrived at Baya Urgent Care around 6:15 pm for my son’s ankle injury (They close at 7:30 pm). While we were there submitting his pt. info via online, the receptionist asked us which ankle needed attention. Then, she went back to inform the clinical staff. After conversing with them, she came back and told us that the x-ray technician had already left. I told her, “That’s fine, we’d still like for the Dr. to look at his ankle, so he can at least get a Dr’s note for work.” It’s swollen and he needs to stay off of it, the Dr would’ve seen that had we been allowed to see them. She said the Dr. wouldn’t see him without the x-ray. I’m not one who typically posts reviews, as I have better things to do with my time, but I feel very frustrated with what took place this evening. If the x-ray technician’s hours are different than their office hours, they need to make that clear on their website. I guess the take away from this experience is that you most definitely need to call them before you go up there, so no one’s time is wasted.

My experience there which usually on a weekend has been wonderful. I’ve come in bleeding. Jamie comes out wraps my hand up until it’s my turn. I like the fact that they can stitch me right there. Everyone there has always been friendly and compassionate. And I’ve been there a lot with sinus infections and many other issues.
