I am 200% satisfied with Badger. The owner consulted with me about my situation first. They were professional, removed multiple large trees without mishap, removed stumps and left me with a much improved situation. Competent and just very nice people. Cost was very reasonable. I feel so much safer with hurricane season here. Use them for your tree removal needs. You will be glad you did!!!
I had the guys visit me from BBS to deal with a menacing situation involving a large tree that had apparently been struck by lightening. Half the tree was history, it was a very large tree. With hurricane season approaching, and after comments from another gentleman who trimmed a lower branch off the same tree this was necessary to protect the house. From my initial contact with Cole, he kept me informed and in the know as to their availability as I needed to remove a section of fencing. Much to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in earlier than anticipated, so that really worked out great. On the day of the work, I was updated via text message, which is very much appreciated, as since I’ve moved here, I’ve had people commit to doing a job, then simply not show up, NOT the case with the Wards. The tree was trimmed with confidence and vigor, on top of being loaded much faster than I had anticipated. The grounds were cleaned up and leveled out with hand rakes, I was shocked, this is the best service I’ve received since moving here. Unreal. Here’s where I feel my review is most important. The Wards are top notch. Personal, professional, kind, and considerate delivering services beyond reproach. Truly a first class act and great experience.
