After dealing with two other medical equipment providers—one quit providing and the other just rude and uncaring, I’ve been switched to Apria. I’m extremely satisfied and amazed with the constant follow-up to insure everything is working properly and offering advice for me to get a better sleep experience.
Was pleased with delivery, wished ordering was possible locally without a phone conversation, since I am almost deaf. I had the info, the sleep report, the Dr. orders, and all went through quickly, but to have to wait for a phone call (I had been without new apparatus or equipment for it for six months, due to lack of medical availability preceding my contact with you), just made it more difficult. Captions aren't always right, so it can be so easy to answer wrong or not understand the message. It worked out this time, and your fast delivery made it great in the end. Thanks.
I was having trouble with my supplies and was referred to the Lake City office. I had the best experience with two ladies in the office. One was Anna. She was the first i spoke with and told me she would have someone call me. She did! Corey is the sweet lady that called me back. She was the most helpful, patient, and kind lady. Customer service was an A+. They truly do customer service right!
