I had an excellent experience with Mr. Ricky! My battery died on the side of the road, and he responded very quickly and was already on his way to help me. Before he arrived, I tried starting my vehicle again and it turned on. I called him back to explain, and he was incredibly professional and understanding.
Instead of being upset, he kindly gave me helpful advice on what to do (and not to do) so my battery could properly recharge. That level of honesty and care is rare to find.
Mr. Ricky is reliable, professional, and truly looks out for people. I highly recommend his services!

I have to comment on A&W Mobile Mechanic on what a true blessing Ricky and his team was for us when we were broke down and certain we were in a true bind. Traveling home on I-75 on a holiday Friday night, we pulled into a gas station when I saw smoke coming from one of our trailer's axle. Our buddy bearing cover had come off and the wheel bearings wasn't even on the axle. Everything had ceased and we knew this wasn't going to be an easy fix. After several attempts in trying to find someone to come help us on a Friday night, I searched Google in an effort to find help. Broke down in Lake City, Florida. We were pulling a camper and really needed to be home the next day. They were honest (asked what we were looking for…my response “to get home”), professional, and kind.Don’t let the ‘good ole boy’ attitude turn you away. These guys know what they are doing.
