I am a 65-year-old veteran disabled I have crippling rheumatoid arthritis It just so happens on a day of my surgery I was in a total flare up! Visit was for my mom who is 91. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Dr. Explained everything clearly for us, especially with my mom's insurance. Nice selection of frames.

The appointment was for 9:00AM and I was out of the office by 9:45. Everyone was efficient and professional. The doctor took time with me and explained everything in language I could understand. An overall very good experience. Thank you.
