This place was very kind. They respected everything I asked for, and prices were very reasonable. I received a call back the next day just asking how my cat dadas is doing and that was extremely kind to know they’re still thinking about us after we left! They scheduled a follow up a week later, and said if we needed to come sooner they’re able to accommodate. I definitely recommend these ladies. Thanks guys

So far I have no complaints. This is the first time using them for Abby, my Miniature Poodle Shihtzu mix. I can say the place was clean and the staff friendly. I had arranged Abby's stay weeks in advance. When I arrived they said I needed a local contact who could be at their location within 45 minutes. I had no problem with that but if they would have called and asked before her dropoff date or asked at the time I booked her stay it would have been done. Luckily I got a hold of my neighbors before my plane took off and gave them their contact information. I knew they wouldn't have minded just didn't know if they had plans. We've used Pet Villas once before and our cat did very well. Staff was very interested in my pet and her needs. They were "pet friendly "! Our cat is there now as a matter of fact. Highly recommend.
