I love Ulta. I always find what I want or they will advice me where to go if they don't have it. But, last time I was there a young lady helped me find lipstick. I didn't get her name but she's tall with long braids. Most importantly she spend time helping me and listened to me and together we found my perfect shade of red. I have been looking for 10 years for the perfect shade of red and now I have the perfect lipstick. Thank you.

Ulta always has a great selection. However, this one has excellent customer service, too. I had to make a return and did not have my receipt for one of the items. The manager there knew how to find it and refunded the item with no problem. I, also, used my rewards points towards a purchase. The staff was very professional and knew what they were doing.
