Shawn and his receptionist are just two of the greatest people The receptionist is so friendly and helpful and Shawn goes out of his way to take care of my hearing aids. I actually bought my hearing aids at another company where Shan was working at the time and as soon as I heard that he moved to a tru ear I switched over there, and he has been doing a wonderful job of cleaning, and taking care of my hearing aids ever sense . This is a great company. There are no pressures to do anything they go out of their way to help you I just can’t say enough about them. If I ever need another pair hearing aids I will be there. I visited the Lady Lake office of TruEar and was seen and tested by Tanner the onsite Audiologist. He was very professional and shared with me the newest technology in Hearing Devices. This was a updated visit as I am a patient of the practice from pervious years. The newer device was AMAZING and much more improved over earlier devices , I could actually hear myself breathe ! However, the price point of the newer devices were unaffordable for me even though Tanner generously offered several financing options , they were still not affordable for me.
