Loved my experience at this gym! Smaller than other commercial gyms but has so many machines and workout equipment. I was visiting in town and used it twice. If I lived here, I would buy a membership. Great experience!
I can only speak to the pool and Silver Sneakers program. I was looking for an indoor pool to complement my exercise regime and this one fit the bill. I've done my own exercises on the pool before, but today I did the water aerobics with Esther. She's a wonderful instructor and it was a great workout. Finishing the workout with the hot tub and sauna was a bonus. Silver Sneakers covered by membership, but pool privileges are $30 for the year. Lots of classes and fitness equipment are available for those who want more.
Overall this is a great Gym. Free weight selection is decent, and machine are almost always working properly. Lots of other amenities as well, such as pool, sauna, cardio rooms, etc. the only major flaw to this establishment is the bathrooms. They are absolutely disgusting. Always smell terrible, and never very clean. Sometimes the smell from the bathrooms even takes over the lobby area. It’s honestly one of the worst locker rooms I’ve been in (Toilets are in the locker room area). But it is a great gym for working out, and getting healthy.
