Never ever use this business again. I took PTO for an important medical appointment that I needed before surgery in three weeks, only to be turned away because I wasn’t an hour early — even though THEIR employee specifically told me I did not need to arrive an hour early since all of my new patient paperwork had already been completed online. She confirmed all 6 sections showed complete and told me I was fine. When I arrived, they refused to see me, refused to work with me on rescheduling anytime soon, and the manager refused to even speak to me after I asked three separate times. I explained that their own employee gave me this information, and I was basically told they do not stand behind what their employees say. Completely unprofessional, uncaring, and disrespectful of people’s time and medical needs.

Though the one doctor did a good job on my surgery... All the rest of the entire business is definitely subpar. From scheduling to records to all administrative. Super big headache , trying to reach them or get them to reach back.

Answer your damn phones. My wife has been trying to cancel an appointment for the last ten days. She has set on the phone at least a dozen times waiting for someone to answer. Then you get a message to leave a message. She has left four messages and has gotten zero responses. Might be a great doctor, but this place is supposed to cure pain and not give you a headache trying to get in touch with them.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I was supposed to have my second round of medial nerve blocks today. The nurse practitioner prescribed Valium and never told me when to take it. I tried calling the office several times before my appointment to get clarification and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I do an internet search to try to find the right time to take it, which it recommended taking it an hour before the procedure. They take me back and asked if I had taken the medicine and the lady behind the cabinets who I couldn’t even see smarted off and said “we can’t do it today”. I explained that no one gave me any instructions. They were pushing me to reschedule and I said absolutely not. I went out for a few minutes to gather my composure because as you can imagine I’m very upset. I took time off work to make this appointment, ubered there because I knew I couldn’t drive myself. I go back in and ask to speak to someone about this because it isn’t right. I had the honor of speaking to the lady behind the cabinets that was piping in with an attitude about how it can’t be done. She then she looks at me and says “this conversation is over”. The doctor comes around the corner and echoes what was said. I explained to him how I don’t have the luxury of having much PTO and this day was an absolutely waste of time. I walked out in tears. There was no empathy, care, or concern. They wrote me off and I do not appreciate it. They need to communicate better to their patients. I will never be going back.

I highly recommend National Pain Institute. Dr Deluca is very knowledgeable & experienced. Indra, is very good. She listens & is very caring.

Wonderful staff. No long wait time. Anisa is wonderful, I feel she actually cares about you and never rushes you.
