We had a ac glitch that was crazy to locate on our new unit , Chris and Chuck Farrell worked on the problem for hours till they found a solution Like the warranty said not a Penney charged for all the time and hard work they put in . Great company and employees , even brand new parts can have mechanical glitches .

Had Chris out to diagnose an uneven distribution of air and heat. Chris had a solution, applied a damper and problem solved. I had a previous service company out and was told there was nothing that could be done. Chris and the Chuck Farrell team are “simply the best, better than all the rest”.
