They were prompt and professional. Fair pricing and honest about what needed to be done. They have previously installed a new hvac 2 different houses. I ALWAYS call them now for my hvac needs. In my opinion, they are the BEST!

My parents moved to Florida long before I did and they used Chuck Farrell to service/repair their ac unit,,always saying how Honest Chuck was,and that he always did an excellent job,,He was super courteous,knowledgeable,polite and Very fair in his pricing,then when I bought my house in Lady Lake the ac heat pump wasn't working,my father told me to call Chuck,,so I did,,Chuck was at my house within the hour understanding that it was hot and I had no ac,,It only took Chuck a matter of minutes to find the issue and then repair the unit,,Chuck Farrell is one of the most honest people I have ever met in my life,,he genuinely cares about people over the almighty dollar,,Recently... read full review

Chris from Chuck Farrell’s AC came to diagnose and repair a leak from an interior AC line, and he was absolutely incredible. Great guy, but also super knowledgeable. Chris found and fixed the issue really quick. Can’t say enough good things about our experience, thank you!
