“I went on a Saturday to get my hair cut &a man cut my hair,how he wanted to.Not how I asked him to cut it.It was very noticeable that the left side was longer than the right.I called on Sunday&left a not so nice message.It had been at least 2 yrs since I had it cut.I called them again on Tuesday morning & the Mgr.asked me if I could come in at 11:45&she was very nice&agreed it got messed up She took me right away&apologized numerous times.I am very happy with it now&will continue going there,making my Appts with Nan.She was the best.TY Nan???“
