Be prepared to waste from two to three hours waiting to be called even with an appointment. It doesn't matter if it is to see the doctor o getting simple labs done. I suggest people look for medical services somewhere else.

I must say that I am attending this medical clinic Orlando Family Medical myself and my husband and I must mention we are very happy with this clinic the front desk workers I believe they are medical Assistants and the are very professional and knowledgeable also the lab technicians are excellent also Nurse Practitioner who has been treating me is very knowledgeable I have to say this my husband kidney blood work was ignored for a entire year with the doctor at ST Peter Medical Group in poinciana they are the worst I am saying this please everybody do not go to St Peter medical Group in poinciana. I was a patient of this practice for 4 years, every year they were worse and worse. The practice switched patients to your doctor and placed them ahead of the waiting patient. The front desk are loud, some could be ghetto, including the front desk manager, she doesn't like to be told that she jumped another patient from other doctor in front of you. There bathroom have no soap, a practice that have laboratory and people do urine test, the front manager said that they are waiting for an order, when I address. Dolla tree have soaps for $1.25, pretty sure is cheaper for their "shipment", especially after the COVID pandemic. They don't like to refer patients to specialist, there referrals department sucks. The manager, Liz is pretty snub. They don't accept wrong doing. Back desk employees are the best, friendly, helpful, kind and courteous.
