not only was i ignored while the front desk girl was having a whole ass conversation on the desk phone and got yelled at infront of me but i’ve had some really negative experiences, dr. alhmeda and her team especially katherine are solely the only reason why i come back.

All the nurses who take care of me call me by name like I am family and that really makes all the difference in the world.
