I've seen the outstanding Dr. Eldeeb this whole time for all my interventional procedures and I see his amazing nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey once a month for my medication management plan. I could not be happier with the level of care and service that I receive from everyone in the office from Kennedy at the front desk to Alyssa with my prescriptions, Dr. Eldeeb for all my injections and RFA's and on an ongoing basis with nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey. The office has gone above and beyond to help me live a comfortable and functioning life if it wasn't for them and the amazing care that I receive I wouldn't be able to enjoy spending time with my family on any little adventure we get to partake in I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eldeeb and his amazing staff to anyone that asks who helps me live such a comfortable life. I feel very blessed that they came into my life when they did to help me after a failed back surgery that left me in more pain than I was in before the surgery happened now with proper medication management and interventional injections and ablations I'm able to get out of bed every day with a smile on my face and know that I'm not gonna be bedridden by noon. My life was so miserable by being riddled with constant pain and now I'm able to function while not completely pain-free, but absolutely better than where I was before! “Nice establishment for 64+ located in Winter Haven & also location in Lakeland. This isn't my company only invited to look at establishment. There is so many places to choose from it can be confusing. As we all start maturing it's good to have so many things offered under one roof. Not all of these establishments benefits are included so make sure before accepting.“

“Friendly staff had to wait 2 plus hours but they were super busy can't blame them thou. Lot people sick and getting tested for Covid. Overall experience not bad when it was mine turn it went fast and they were very helpful.“

“I've been going here with all my children, they are friendly and kind. They are totally understanding. My kids needed a quick checkup someday, and they made it happen, and they don’t harsh you about vaccines. We have a religious exception, and that is all we need. I have even talked to the doctor about what other doctors suggested, and they are relaxed and truthful about their experiences. Good loving people here.“

“I've been going to this center for 11 years. My experience in the beginning was not the best with another lady doctor until I started being cared for by Kimberly Bouldry. She is excellent in every way, she listens and really cares. She orders for testing when necessary and don't try to push medicines until she figures out if you really need them. I can't say enough good things about her So far front desk has been pretty nice to me too.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Owl Now Urgent Care in Lakeland. My son was seen for a head injury that required staples, and we returned 10 days later for removal — we were fortunate to have the same doctor both times, which made the experience even better. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly patient, kind, and took part in my son’s silly, nervous humor, which helped put him completely at ease. We actually had a great time, which says a lot considering the situation! The doctor explained everything clearly, handled the procedure gently, and created such a relaxed, reassuring environment. Side note-
Today “Miriam” did a transvaginal UltraSound on me and although she was great at informing me each step she took during the procedure, she was very dry as far as personality and not so friendly. She also did not thank me once or say “you’re welcome” when I thanked her. It’s not a fun procedure to have done in the first place but when someone doesn’t make you feel very welcome or try to be comforting, it’s even more nerve wracking.“
