Three assistants worked together with a special needs patient to help them get their panorama x-ray, showing patience and trying hard to make it work.
I walked in today (first timer) and asked if they would tend to me because of an abscess and swollen face. I also said I was worried about sepsis setting in. They took care of me and sure I had a long wait but who cares. They have patients ahead of me and it's expected. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and willing to help this old lady who neglected to see a dentist sooner. My bad not theirs. I hope I find a nice group of caring individuals such as them when I move. Thanking them again, I remain.
I had an appointment at 8 for a check up and cleaning. It is now after 9 and I have gotten the x-rays in 15 minutes for the check up but still waiting on a dental assistant to get a cleaning. I was told my teeth are in good condition in less than 15 minutes.
they are mean for no reason, I once waited since morning til closing time for a root canal, and they straight up humiliate you. Like ma’am I came here cause I need my cleanup and you start bitching on how my teeth look? DO YOUR DAMN JOB AND KINDLY SUGGEST SOME SOLUTIONS!! As someone who struggled at home due to lack of income, going to the dentist was rare for me, I do not appreciate the non welcoming experience and the humiliation I faced. Do not recommend, ya’ll suck. ????
