Had a problem with our <2 year old monogram dishwasher. Franklin came all the way to Gainesville, ordered the necessary parts on the spot. Came back as soon as the parts arrived and got them installed expediently. He was great!! Thanks All Set for sending Franklin our way.
Scott was very helpful and he answered all my questions. Office staff was always very pleasant to talk. Once the part arrived it was very easy to make the final appointment and Scott was in and out in like 30 mins or so.
Alex was very helpful and friendly in coming to look at our dishwasher today. I was also very pleased when their office called me to move our appointment due to a cancellation. I’ll definitely be using them again.
