We bought a GE Cafe refrigerator that arrived with a sizable scratch. The door changed requires taking out the ice making equipment and the in door water and ice system. Lots of wires and hoses to deal with. FDR, our tech, showed up and did a magnificent job exchanging all the parts. Not an easy task. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
