As we experienced a year ago, the staff from beginning to end were attentive to our concerns and addressed Duncan's issues the same day as we called. They do a very good job of explaining what procedures are being considered and they listen to our opinion as well. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Duncan. He's back his old self.

The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful. The vet tech was caring and sensitive to Sake’s needs. The Dr was professional and knew exactly how to approach my scared baby. It was a great visit. Maybe keep the noise down while waiting in the exam room. It was very loud in the back. Maybe better soundproofing for the doors?

I appreciate your staffs care and concern for Zeek. I appreciate that I was able to stay with him ( I have been at clinics where he is taken away from me in the lobby and I've never really cared for that) and that my concerns for his health was listened to. Thank you again!* One add your prices were very responsible... I was concerned about new patient fees and there were none!
