We moved to Melrose and was looking for a new veterinary hospital. We heard good things about Lake Area Animal Hospital so we decided to take our fur baby to them. From the moment we walked through the doors we knew this was the place for us. DMV Gerald Johnson and staff were outstanding in making sure that our pup was well taken care of and Gerald took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail to ensure we were comfortable with the process. We also met the office manager John who was great in helping us with our questions regarding international travel. We are very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend doing business with Lake Area Animal… read full review
Everyone at Lake Area is always so helpful and pleasant. They answer all my questions and go above n beyond to make sure I get all the info I need and want. My dog freaks out at Vets but they always do a wonderful job with her. Would highly recommend !!!
Had to bring one of our cats in due to an intestinal problem. Could not ask for nicer more understanding and competent people. We have been taking our pets to Lake Area Animal Hospital for over 20 years and we have never had a negative experience with them.
