“This shop's website promised an upscale, elegant, and modern arrangement. Placing the order was relatively easy. I elected to call to ensure they understood my specifications. Easy enough. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an email confirmation. I checked my credit card, and as it had been billed, I called to ask about it. The lad who answered was a bit brusque...but promised me they had the order. I asked for an email confirmation but never got it. So you can imagine my trepidation when we arrived at our hotel. The flowers had not arrived by 3 pm. So I called again, and they said they were out for delivery. They did arrive around 4 and were beautiful. Overall, I was satisfied. But I would suggest they improve their communication.“

“I recently ordered flowers for a coworker going through a tough time. After placing an online order I didn't hear anything for several days. I followed up via email and Margarita replied to say they'd had a problem with orders that were processed through the website so she would upgrade my $80 bouquet to a $100 one to compensate me for my troubles. Then the address I had on file for my coworker's apartment was wrong but Margarita followed up between me and the driver until the flowers were delivered to the right place. Then she sent a picture of the bouquet as confirmation and it was beautiful! Great customer service! I'd definitely use Zoom Bloomz again!“

“I have never been more PLEASED with a florist. I wanted sunflowers for a friend going through chemo and the florist went to the market first thing in the morning to hand pick these stunning sunflowers. They even sent me a picture of the flowers before they delivered them. Incredible service and flowers!! I noticed Google shows they are closed sometimes but they are OPEN and do GREAT FLOWERS!!! Worth every penny I paid!“
