I live in AZ and my wife was visiting her sister in the Fort Lauderdale area. I wanted to send some flowers and did the usual search. I really wanted to support someone locally as I am a small business myself.

I found Bliss Blooms and Events and made the order online, was easy to do, and appropriately priced. The next day I got a text that the flowers were delivered.

Here is where the story changes. The flowers never arrived and the picture from the text was nothing close to my sister in laws house. Uh oh…the receipt said if there is a problem just call. Sarah pick up and I explained what happened. Come to find out her website was hacked. Sarah bent over backwards to make sure my order was still delivered on that day. The bouquet was amazing and I score brownie points with the wife. Rest assured that when ordering with Bliss Blooms and Events, you will be served to the highest level.
