From the moment I walked in, Ivon and Judy at the front office greeted me warmly and handled everything with professionalism and care. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which really set a positive tone for the visit. Rafael, who manages the store, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the selection of frames and lense options making sure I understood all my options and my decision. His customer service was top-notch! Dr.Sanchez performed an extremely comprehensive and thorough eye exam and took the time to explain each step. He recommended trying a new brand of contact lenses and the difference was amazing - I can now read more clearly than before!
