One customer had a bathroom clogged for 3 weeks from an empty bottle, and the Roto-Rooter guys did an awesome job, were great, nice, beautiful, respectful, friendly, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Another customer had a clogged shower drain and sink and had an excellent experience with drain cleaning services. The technician arrived on time, was professional, very knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left the area clean. The drains are flowing perfectly again, and the overall service exceeded expectations. One customer called an awesome guy a Steelers fan who came on Sunday and returned Monday to work in a sweat box; a great guy who will be recommended to anyone. Another customer said Landon Frame is by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumber and will be recommended to family and neighbors.
