I don’t write a lot of reviews, Dixie plumbing came out and fixed my problem and I was so pleased with what they did I had some outside plumbing done to. Would 100% use them again for any plumbing needs I have.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
We have used Dixie Plumbing twice in the past few months. On both occasions the receptionist was polite and professional when scheduling an appointment. The serviceman (Cory) arrived on time and relayed the plumbing problem clearly. He was also very polite and professional. The repairs were made in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the experience overall. We highly recommend Dixie Plumbing and will most definitely use them again.
Great customer service! We were in a pickle after hours with a customer of ours that had no water. I called several companies and most didn't answer or couldn't make it out for 24-48hours. Dixie Plumbing answered right away, dispatched Corey to go out for us, he called me and showed up within 30 minutes! He got the customer's water back on and SAVED THE DAY! After hours emergency charges were very reasonable especially for the honest and quick service we received. Very thankful we made the call to Dixie Plumbing!
