I love the Engel 30qt cooler/drybox with rod holders I recently purchased and I wanted the cushion top for it but it was sold out everywhere. I decided to write the company and inquire about a restock and Linda H was a huge help and made sure to get me one! The cooler is perfect for my new ISUP or my old fishing kayak. Great customer service from Linda Hoerst , who was a great help in getting me a few items I needed for both my Engel 50 qt cooler, as well as my newly purchased ( July 1 ordered) MT35 portable fridge- haven't used the fridge yet, won't have it for another 10 days, but the cooler worked great on a recent cross country trip, kept my food cold on a block of ice for 5 days out, then another block of ice 6 days back
