I thought there was a problem with my fairly new Engel bait tank bubbler so after contacting customer support, I sent the unit to them. The unit was tested and found to be good. I have the 7.5 live bait cooler, i put up to 6 dozen shrimp in it and it keeps shrimp perfect all day long. My aerator quit working I contacted Linda Hoerst with warranty i sent it back within 3days got email invoice warranting the aerator. This is why i buy Quality! Thank you Linda
