I took an evening heated vinyasa class this week and found the balance of flow, poses and balancing sequences to be perfect for building my practice and challenging myself. The cues were timed just right, the sense of community amazing and the instructor’s ability to help guide movement and keep my focus in the moment shows the professional level of experience this studio offers. I highly recommend taking the time to drop in and take a class or even join as a member. If you love yoga or even just want to try, this is the place to go.

What an amazing studio with such great instructors. I do not understand how this location is not packed full for every class!! There are so many yoga studios out there that have the same flow...the same boring music...no creativity for every class. I have been to a handful here now and the music and flows here are wonderful! <3
