I’m so blessed to find this Yoga community. Not the typical studio you go in a session. The beautiful energy this place produce grows on you to each day’s practice, no matter where you are !!Great variations of different yoga practices. Steven’s Sunday Nidra changed my life.

I firmly believe this place is magical. The classes that are taught here have so much more depth then just getting a stretch or workout. It can be as simple as that, but opening and allowing yourself to fall deeper in love with yourself is encouraged here. It’s quite easy to find yourself calling this place your home/community after one of Scott’s yoga teacher trainings. I’m forever thankful for this wonderful space.
