“What a gem of a place! Alicia was very welcoming and kind, providing us a tour and overview of all healing modalities. The facility is ultra clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Towels and robes are provided, as well as filtered water. My hubby and I shared a private room with sauna and cold plunge for 45 mins. It was amazing. So invigorating and very healing. We will be back again!“

“I had the best 60 minute foot massage by Michelle today! From start to finish I was seriously in heaven.

Not only do they rub your legs and feet but the scalp massage and neck massage is to die for.

I walked in with so much discomfort in my feet and walked out feeling so much better- it’s like the tension instantly disappeared.

I also love the ambience inside. It’s so serene, dark, with waterfall sounds, and the chairs are super comfortable- they give you a blanket, towel to cover your eyes, and the option to recline so you truly get to relax! It’s the perfect place to go and treat yourself to a relaxing hour.
